CEO / Founder

Winston founded our Group in 2004, and aspires to see the Group continue to grow into the global market. Winston started his career in the accounting and auditing industry since the age of 21. Having graduated from high school, Winston pursued his studies with the Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA) while working at an accounting firm in Singapore. Winston is currently a fellow member of the Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS).

Upon completion of his studies, Winston joined KPMG (one of the Big 4 for accounting firms) and spent 8 years in the firm doing auditing. Apart from auditing, Winston also specialized in special purpose engagements such as due diligence carried out on mergers and acquisitions, special certifications and Initial Public Offerings of shares.

Winston foresaw the need for an established company that provides a “one-stop solution” to human resource problems faced by the hotel and F&B industries. Driven by his passion and belief, Winston left KPMG to pursue his dream. Winston developed the idealistic business model of the group and has since been transformed into a successful business operation. Under his wing and his vision, our Group has grown from staff strength of 5 to a current strength of more than 90, with each business segment led by professionals and managers in their relevant fields.

Group Director of Finance

Serene holds a BA honours degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. Prior to joining our Group, Serene was an audit manager in the audit practice of KPMG Singapore.

As the Group Director of Finance, Serene oversees the finance, administration and corporate secretarial functions of the company.

General Manager (TCC Solutions and SingAsia Resources)

Frey graduated with an advanced diploma in Sales and Marketing, and has more than 20 years of experience in the retail sector. Prior to joining our Group, Frey was titled the general manager for numerous major jewelry brands, and also served as the country manager for an established luxury watch retailer in India. His experience has given him a good insight into the retail industry, proficient in understanding marketplace needs and human resource strategies needed to keep the business going.

With his proven leadership capabilities and management skills, Frey currently plays a key role in overseeing recruitment and deployment of TCC Solutions.

Group Director of People Affairs

Ken graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Arts from National University of Singapore.

Ken has more than 12 years of working experience in both public and private sectors. Prior to joining our Group, Ken has served the public sector for 10 years involved in a wide range of responsibilities and activities such as office operation, customer relations and public affairs. Because of his sterling performance and strong dedication to his work, he has received several awards from the Government, including the National Day Award by the Minister of Home Affairs in 2005.

Ken manages human resource, policy-making, and the recruitment process, liaising with overseas counterparts to create business opportunities for our company.

Director (TCC Hospitality Resources)

Kenny has more than 15 years of experience in hotel management, F&B operations and training in various 5-star hotels. His practical experience has given him an in-depth understanding of the structure and operation of the hospitality industry and its related sectors.

Leading a team of over 30 management staff, Kenny oversees the planning and deployment of service staff to hotels.
